Covid-19 measures

From La Zagaleta, we have worked closely with the tourism sector and health authorities to implement a comprehensive health and safety plan guaranteeing the protection of our clients and workers. We feel very fortunate to have an area of almost 900 hectares, thus facilitating a safe stay for our client.

Our plan includes measures such as strict monitoring of the health status of our staff and clients, exhaustive cleaning and sanitation protocols, as well as the possibility of online payment, among many other measures. Our privacy, security and exceptionality in the service has greatly facilitated the implementation of the hygiene and security measures necessary in these difficult times.

Next, we detail the rules and recommendations to be taken into account by our clients during their visit to La Zagaleta:

Avoid physical contact.
Keep a safety distance of 2 meters both during the game and in the Club House facilities.
The departures will take place every 15 minutes in order to avoid crowds.
Please use the rake located at the back of the buggy to repair the bunkers in the best possible way.
The use of electronic cards is recommended to avoid contact between players.
The flags of the holes must always remain in place, they cannot be touched or removed.
Mandatory use of the mask in the Club facilities. Likewise, please use the hydroalcoholic gels located in the various areas of the Club House.
Avoid touching store items. Our staff will help you with everything you need. The possibility of trying on clothes or returning purchased items is not allowed as a security measure.
The holes have a stop installed that prevents the ball from falling and makes it easier for the player to pick up his ball without having to touch the hole.
Buggies will be disinfected before and after each use.
We recommend paying your reservation online or by phone. In case of paying in person at the Club, payment must be made by credit card. In the restaurant, payment must also be made preferably by credit card or mobile phone.
The Club House has a limited capacity according to current legislation.
